Adult Dinghy Sailing Course:        Over 18

Description:        The course will be run over five Monday nights at Inish adventures in Moville.

The Aim is to achieve between ISA levels 2/3 depending on experience.

This course is open to absolute beginners.

Inish adventures have a number of sailing boats and rescue boats to accommodate the course.  As well as their Instructors, members from MBC will also be on hand to help with the coaching and general tasks

The provision of life Jackets, Helmets, changing areas, tea, coffee and biscuits will be provide.
